Brooklyn put the ball in Kyrie’s court, which is exactly where it should be

We’ve known for quite a while that Kyrie Irving wasn’t likely to vaccinate himself against the COVID-19 virus. Given the mandates in the state of New York, we knew that meant he probably wouldn’t be able to play in any of Brooklyn’s 41 regular-season home games or however many playoff games take place at the Barclays Center.
